OUR INSPECTION SERVICES

INTERNAL INSPECTIONS:

We offer a full range of internal inspections of vessels from machinery and electrical condition inspections to steel and tank surveys. In addition to the traditional inspections, we offer a number of additional inspection services to suit your needs.

UNDERWATER INSPECTIONS:

We offer portable ROVs to visually inspect underwater areas, whether ships’ external surfaces or internal ballast tanks. In addition we can take steel thickness measurements as part of a fully approved inspection campaign. Full video of the inspection, as well as high definition still photographs, will be made available to you as part of the report.

AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY:

We offer video and photography in full 4K definition from the air using one of our drones.

NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING:

We offer triple echo thickness measurement (UTM), magnetic particle (MT), ultrasonic (UT) and eddy current (ET) testing as required.

BORESCOPE AND MICRO INSPECTION:

Video and still photographs of closed internal areas and close-up detail down to the microscopic level

THERMOGRAPHIC INSPECTIONS:

Using quality thermographic equipment, we can visually identify sources of heat loss or abnormally high temperatures.

ULTRASONIC LEAK DETECTION:

We can pinpoint gas and vacuum leaks within the noisiest of environments using their ultrasonic signatures.

VIBRATION ANALYSIS:

We offer spot readings of vibration levels to detect potential problems requiring maintenance, or a more in-depth vibration analysis.
